Day 6…
You’ve been doing a great job envisioning your life. We don’t want that to be a one-time thing though. We want to keep imagining it over and over again so that we will believe it can be true.
A great way to consistently reinforce your beliefs is by writing them down daily.
Many people call these affirmations.
Some people write them down in the morning and some do it at night. It doesn’t matter when as long as you do it.
What these affirmations contain are your goals turned into current feelings. In other words, you want to think to yourself that you already have these things that you’re after.
For example, if one of your goals is to improve your relationships, your affirmation might be: “I enjoy having amazing personal relationships.”
See how this is phrased as a current happening?
Another example might be related to your income, such as “I enjoy earning $xxx per year.”
Or…”I enjoy living on the beach.”
What you write and how many times you write it is up to you. I’d suggest though picking 1 to 5 affirmations and writing them down for a combined total of at least 30 repetitions. So, write 1 thing 30 times or 5 things 6 times.
