Let’s add to yesterday’s habit…

Yesterday we talked about creating a habit of writing down our affirmations.

Today we’re going to expand on that and also get in the habit of writing down 5 gratitudes each day.

Gratitudes, like the affirmations, can be done whenever you’d like.  I’d suggest doing them together though.  I typically do them first thing in the morning.

Your gratitudes are simple.  They’re just things that you’re appreciate of.  I write down 5 things every morning.

For example, a gratitude would be “I appreciate (fill in something).”  That’s it. Pretty simple.  Just be appreciative of 5 things each day.  Over time, you’ll realize you have a lot of great things going on in your life.
